Is DocuCraft just ChatGPT with a template?
No. The writing model only drafts narrative. Every financial figure is calculated by a separate engine in code, the structure follows each funder’s own format, and you get a formatted Word file and a sealed PDF, not text to copy.
Can I edit the document after it is written?
Yes. Edit any section in the builder, or export Word and continue in Microsoft Word. If you change an answer, every locked figure in the text updates with it.
Which funders and programmes are supported?
TEF, Zakat & Sadaqat Foundation, Africa’s Business Heroes and SMEDAN formats, grant and investor business plans, Chevening, MSc and UCAS statements, motivation letters, RFP responses and proposals. DocuCraft never prepares interest-bearing applications.
What counts as a project?
A document, a CV or LinkedIn review, a conversion or a signature. Free accounts get 5 that never expire.
How are experts vetted?
Every expert applies, passes a credentials check and completes a short sample task before they are listed. Ratings from completed jobs stay on their profile.
When do I pay an expert, and can I get a refund?
Sending a request is free. You pay when the expert accepts, and DocuCraft holds the money until you approve the delivery. If the work isn’t delivered by the agreed date, you get a full refund.
Does an expert review guarantee approval?
No reviewer can guarantee a funding, admission or hiring decision. A review makes sure your document is complete, consistent and defensible.
How do I pay?
In naira, by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Pay per document or subscribe monthly and cancel any time.
How does someone verify my sealed PDF?
They upload the PDF or paste its fingerprint on the verify page, or scan the QR code on its certificate. If the file has changed since sealing, the check fails.
How do I sign in?
With your email: we send a 6-digit code. You can add an authenticator app or a passkey in Security settings.
Something wrong with another user?
Report abuse, scams, requests to pay outside DocuCraft or misuse of your data from Help & reports in your workspace. The other person won’t know it was you.
