Short links that stay yours, free forever.

Custom back-halves you can edit without breaking anything you’ve shared, a QR code with every link, and analytics for clicks and scans. No ads, no account, no trial that runs out.

Shorten a link
Free, no limits on clicksOnly your emailNo ads before your link

Paste a link. It’s free.

We ask for your email when you press Shorten, so you can edit the link and see its stats later. No password.

What other shorteners charge for, free.

Edit the back-half safely

Rename /menu-oct to /menu any time. The old address keeps working, so printed flyers and shared posts never break.

Change where it goes

Point the same link or printed QR code at a new page whenever you like.

No ad page in between

Visitors go straight to your page. Some free shorteners now show adverts first.

Never expires

Links and codes keep working. No 14-day trial that switches off what you’ve printed.

Preview and report

Add + to any link to see where it goes before opening it. Visitors can report scams, and we check every destination.

Private by design

We count visits without storing IP addresses. Bots and link previews aren’t counted.

Good to know.

Is it really free?

Yes. Short links, QR codes, editing and analytics are free, with no limit on clicks or scans. There’s a fair-use limit of 300 new links a day per email to stop abuse.

Do I need an account?

No. Just your email. We send you a private link to manage it. If you lose it, use Find my links and we’ll email a fresh one. If you have a DocuCraft account with the same email, your links open there too.

What happens when I change the back-half?

The new back-half starts working straight away and the old one keeps redirecting, so nothing you’ve shared or printed breaks.

Can I stop a link?

Pause it any time and resume it later, or set an end date. Visitors see a short notice instead of a broken page.

What can’t I shorten?

Scams, malware and other short links (we ask for the final address so people can see where they’re going). We check destinations when you create or edit a link.
